Greetings, I was wondering if we could add the word ni**as to the naughty list. The non-plural word is already on there.

We could, the problem is B3 Bot can't decipher context.  As you know, any of those words used with "er" at the end are automatically set to perm ban since there is no grey area in the meaning.  We never added ni**a and ni**as to the list due to the different interpretations depending on the context.  So far we've been dealing with it manually on a per case basis.  Few could have been interpreted as borderline racist but nothing conclusive to merit a ban, but that's just my opinion.  If you were offended or noticed a player using it in a racist manner let us know and we will look it up and place the ban.  My best guess is that if we add those two words there will be many players getting automatically perm banned that didn't mean it in a racist way.  That's one reason why I hesitate adding those two words to the list.  Our clan still has to determine whether or not to add those words to the list.  I guess we will see what other members say about it and move forward from there since it has to be a group decision.

Ah, you make a valid point. I will keep an eye out for the context in which it is used. Thanks for the quick response as always.

Personally, I don't think the distinction should be made between "a" and "er".  It's all the same word to me, therefore, it gets the same response from me.  No different if @ss were added to the list.  I would be going against the rules simply by entering the server.  Just because I've switched the "s" for "z", still the same thing.

We decided to add both words in question to the list.  Our decision was to set for players to be automatically kicked from the server after typing. Abusers will still be perm banned for racism. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
