Forgotten Soldiers

Hi I've been playing in one of your servers in LA California all afternoon. I think it is really great, my ping is consistently under 30 and the admins on the server ban cheaters I've encountered quickly. Just now however, 1:00am 8/7/15 I was kicked and permanently banned from the server for reasons unknown. I used to play WaW all the time when it was released on xbox and just recently got back into it on pc. I was doing pretty well dropping almost 80 kills a game, maybe an admin thought I was cheating but anyone spectating me would be able to tell I obviously was not. Please unban me from your server as I really enjoy playing on it. My WaW name is SuperrSpudd and my steam name is Superr_Spudd.

Sorry I'm not sure what program I need to view demos. Any suggestions?

When I type /demo SuperrSpudd into console it keeps giving me an error say the file cannot be located. I tried putting the file in the demos folder in my WaW folder but there was no "Demo" folder. And when I made a demo folder it still did not work.

You have been cordial and respectful in your appeal and I appreciate the complement. Your game was not cut off before you were banned and you were able to play to review the final score.  If you're a clean player I would like to give you the respect that you deserve. If you want we can set up a day and time for you to play on our server again. Sometime in the evening, PST when our server is populated. This would give us a chance to conclude whether you're a clean player or not. Would need to see you play for the duration of two maps, twenty minutes each.  If your game play is clean and consistent your ban will remain lifted and I will admit to my mistake. Give me a time and I'm there. What do you say?

Sure thing I'll play for you guys to prove that I am not a cheater. One thing I noticed in the demo is that it does not display UAV which is absolutley critical. I am constantly looking at the minimap to identify where the enemy is by not only using the red dot indicator but by also my own teams positions. I had over 200 hours played in WaW on console, I just know the maps really well (Hanger especially being one of my favorites.) Never the less I would be happy to prove to you that I am the player I say I am. Can we say around 6 or 7 today 8/7/10? Add me on steam so we can coordinate.

It's not necessary but I will add you on steam anyway if you don't mind. Your ban has been lifted. I just tracked you to another dm sever today and speced you on two maps. Yea I know all about UAV, recon plane as it's called in CoDWaW, thanks for the info anyways. Hit escape key while spectating shows mini map, enemy players will display not using camo perk when recon plane is active.

Our sincerest apologies. We deal with hacks on a daily basis and sometimes can become a bit overwhelmed.  It was my fault I was too quick to conclude that you were using a wallhack. For the limited time I spectated you it sure looked like you were lining up on targets before they were visible,  multiple times, but short demos can be deceiving. That's why it's important for admins to record longer demos of suspected wallhacks.  Should have spectated you for at least another full map before drawing any conclusions.  I almost always make longer demos of suspected wallhacks but I had a long day yesterday and became careless.  We will remove the video from our Youtube page ASAP.

Just for the record below are both demos I recorded on the other dm server. SuperrSpudd is clearly not using hacks of any kind in these demos. Thanks for your ban appeal and we apologize for the inconvenience.
