Hello there,

I've been actively playing World at War since it's my favorite game and I just got it for sale. When I first started playing, I found the best server on the list, which is Forgotten Soldiers HC/Core.
It's the only server I play & just recently got perm banned.

I was just making some adult jokes with adult players and was kicked multiple times (didn't use full on swear words & never got a server warning), I then joined and asked him to stop kicking me and I'm sorry. I was having a conversation with players and he then told me to stop spamming the chat and to "shut it and play".

I then said in sarcasm, "a new server rule is to shut it and play or you'll get kicked #kappa". Then he banned me.

I hope my ban will get lifted soon. I apologize GoodShot for acting immature, not keeping it kid-friendly, and offending you in any sort of way. I've only ever gotten 1 warning from saying "wtf". I make & have a lot of friends on that server and it was very disappointing to get banned. I did swear but it wasn't any words to where I would get a warning, I literally thought if I didn't get a warning, I should be fine. But, I was in fact mistaken. I guess I was adding more fuel to the fire, because I kept re-joining after getting kicked and still blabbering in the chat. Lesson learned for sure.

If I don't get my ban lifted, then it's all good & I completely understand, thank you mods and admins for taking the time to read my post. I had an awesome time on FS HC and I hope that new players in the future will not have the same fate as me.

I think most of the regulars that play on our CoDWaW servers enjoy playing there because the game play is clean, hack free and competitive for the most part. The dirty jokes were causing a disruption to some regulars that were busy concentrating on the game. We have no problem with players chatting, but when regulars start complaining because it's causing a distraction in their game, it becomes a problem. You were warn kicked twice, and then asked to stop twice while other regulars complained about it. Then you continued on and then you were banned so others could continue playing their game.

If you can tone it down a bit and keep the chat clean so others can play without causing a distraction, we will have no problem with lifting your ban.

Your apology has been accepted after reviewing your chat history on our CoDWaW HC server.  Your ban has been lifted.  Please respect our server rules while being connected to our game servers so others that wish to concentrate on the game can continue to do so. These are the specified game server rules for our CoD servers.



Rule #1: No cheating or using hacks.
Rule #2: No false hackusations without recording a demo.
Rule #3: Respect all players regardless of skill level.
Rule #4: No abusive language or behavior towards admins or other players.
Rule #5: No offensive or potentially offensive names, annoying names.
Rule #6: No recruiting.
Rule #7: No advertising or spamming of websites or servers.
Rule #8: No profanity or offensive language (in any language).
Rule #9: No racism or racist remarks.
Rule #10: No sexual harassment.
