Forgotten Soldiers

For some reason, I see that twice. Is this normal due to my forum rights?

It has bothered me and been there for quite awhile
I think it is a theme/site conflict
if I remember correctly it does not show twice on all themes
but we mostly tend to use and love this blue theme that I set up on our first clan birthday!
