Training as in ftp access to the servers and forums?

we have a couple guys that can work on the gameservers,
but as yet no real team to work on the forums with me or on teamspeak

grizz help me out and ill help you out
train me i have time when my sister isnt hogging her computer xD
or catch me while im in school then i dont have to worry about her hogging, just tell me to keep notes xD
