I was very surprised to find that i have been banned from the WAW HC TDM Server last night?!?! I do not cheat, as i am the founder of RR Clan we are a no cheat clan. We ourselves have many of the same rules, i was not given any warning of any kind during my gameplay last night, i did not use any bad language. So i am curious to see why i received a perm ban without warning for no reason. I would also suggest that all bans be reported with all the same information you have requested for an unban including a reason and information to support the ban as i require all of our admins to do for all of our server, i am also a streaming admin at PBBans and can assure you i have never used any types of cheats. So i am requesting a copy of the submitted information from the admin responsible for my ban and any supporting information. Thank You RR|AGENT-9 RiverRats GameClan Founder . If this is for some reason a accidental ban then i am sorry for the fuss , but when i as a clan founder for 8 years find my self banned for no reason  it does not sit well. Again thank you and i hope this can be resolved sooner then later.

Rule #1: No cheating or using hacks.
Rule #2: No false hackusations without submitting a demo.


Welcome to our forum. We know you don't hack. If you were been banned for hacking we would have some proof to back it up as we never ban for hacks without a demo. You and a couple others were banned for breaking our second rule by falsely calling out VegaMan for hacking without a demo, nothing personal. And then it led to one of our admins being suspected of it as well. We don't blame you and appreciate it when players call out others for hacking as it helps us to quickly spot the hack and place the ban but when you guys are wrong, all it does is play right into the paranoia caused by the use of hacks, disrespects the player that isn't hacking, scares players that cant tell the difference and disrupts the game.  So please make sure the player is actually using hacks before calling it out, or if you're not sure quietly record a demo to back up your claim. We spend a great deal of time making sure the server is hack free and making sure good players don't get ridiculed by the mob for simply playing well.  We had it covered with 3 admins on the server, if VegaMan was hacking an admin would have recorded a demo and quickly placed the ban.  VegaMan is a long time regular on our server and so far no one has been able to show any conclusive evidence proving anything.  We already have 2 clean demos of VegaMan on our clean demos list:

Anyways, we don't blame you for being worried about hacks, we know it's infested out there and know it's not your fault. In the end we only blame those that create and use the hacks which cause these arguments in the first place.  We simply don't play into the fear caused by the use of hacks by calling out players for hacking without being sure, or don't call them out without being able to prove it first.  Our second rule allows our admins and regulars to ban for hacks with precision, allowing those that are skilled to continue playing so we can enjoy a hack free competitive game without any hacker witch hunt drama.  We have no problem lifting your ban as long as you acknowledge and understand our second rule.

I see that playing on your server was a huge mistake and i see your admins and clan members have fallen way off track!. Your forums are littered with complaints of innocent people being banned, it is a shame to say the least. I am Sorry you feel the need to ban players on your server without any warning. You also falsely claimed he was toggling ESP fueling the fire. Anyone can review our demos and decide for themselves and the regulars on our server know that what you claim is not true and that our system works well.  You made the wrong call, broke our rules and was banned for it.  Your problem if you can't see the forest for the trees.  All players that were banned by mistake have been very few compared to all the hackers we caught and those bans have all been lifted with an apology. Anyone can see that your claim about our forum being littered with complaints is false because we record every player that we ban for hacks. Everything is there for the record which proves what you're saying to be false.

I tried to reason with you to get you to understand but you still don't seem to understand who the real culprits are or why we have that rule in place. Don't get mad at us, get mad at the hackers.  Without that rule our server would be littered with crying accusing whiners and witch hunts instead of actual players that want to play the game and maybe do something to help combat the hacker problem.  All you're doing is continuing to contribute to the drama and paranoia caused by hackers instead of helping to combat the problem. A few more things I need to say. The admins on the server didn't ban you and no one said anything about it.  I'm the admin that banned you and the others after reading the chat. I believe you when you say you were randomly stating something in an effort to get them to stop complaining. You did ask them to just play, say;[RR]RRAGENT-9;jsut play, which shows your intentions but you also said hes toggling esp.  I get it now,  you were just joking around  saying ssssshhhhh hes toggling esp to get them to stop complaining. It does appear that you were caught up in the middle of a few false accusers and you didn't mean anything by it.  I do apologize for the extreme measures but dealing with hacks on a semi populated CoD server without anticheat support is not a joke. Run CoDWaW or CoD4 without PunkBuster support or CoDBO without VAC support and lets see how good you and your admins do.  Manually banning cheaters is a daily occurrence on our WaW server. We manually ban 2 to 8 cheaters per day with an average of about 5.  It's sad that we need to ban players without warning after they falsely accuse, I  know, but that is what we must do to keep the game flowing. Most players understand after reading the rules, reading the console messages and after appealing.  Unfortunately some don't understand and we're ok with that.  I would hardly consider the 7 innocent players that were banned by mistake in the last two years as forum litter.  Easy for you to say when you have anticheat support.  OK, we accidentally banned 7 innocent players by mistake and banned approximately 1,100  actual cheaters in the last 2 years.  Yes 7 innocent players is 7 too many but we fixed it because we record demos.  We can prove it with the 1,119 banned hacker demos.  7 wrong out of 1,119  in two years without anticheat support isn't bad.
