I was playing with several of your clan members (~FS~Landshark, ~FS~ acuddlypupp, ~FS~Goodshot, and ~F'S~Skivit) at the time and was never warned, asked, or told that my play was suspicious or cause for kick or ban. I was playing well at the time and I see how my play could have looked questionable but I can assure there is nothing illegal or bannable about my play. I'm not sure if anyone bothered to take video or anything of my play but I would greatly appreciate if you would review any information you have concerning my ban. I hope that this issue can be resolved and that I can continue to play with ~FS~ and on your server. I have been impressed at the amount of clan presence that you have on your server, it makes for a competitive and consistent place to play.

If you wouldn't mind I would like to see the demo that was taken. I strongly disagree with your conclusion seeing as I have never cheated and never will cheat. I take pride in my CoD skills and would never jeopardize that by cheating. I don't even know how to cheat. Also if you look I have never been banned by PB or any other anti-cheating software, not because my "hax r uber l33t" but because they don't exist. Also the gun I was using lends itself to mass amounts of spray and pray and Backlot is a very predictable map, like most CoD maps, if I may say so. I would greatly appreciate if you would take another look at the demo and consider that, without sound too cocky, I am simply good at the game.

Thanks for the link ~FS~8IGHT but sadly that takes me to your downloads section and the only thing there is the CoD4 Patches. Am I missing something?

Thank you for the demo. I watched it and I agree there are some pretty suspicious looking kills in there. But as I have said in my last several post, I don't cheat. There is nothing modified about my game, hardware, eyes, anything. I play a lot of CoD4 and have been playing since the game came out and needless to say have developed a rhythm to my play and how I move around the map. I guess where people will be based on gunfire I hear, places I often see people, footsteps, other players patterns, and most of all I see and little things. Combine all of those and you end up with what you saw in that demo. Fishy and sometimes laughable looking as some of those kills are I assure you that if you watch my other demos, and look at my other score screenshots you will see that they are nothing out of the ordinary and simply a product of a lot of time and effort put into one game.

One last thing that I ask you to consider is would I be putting this much effort into getting you to reverse the ban if I did cheat? I would have moved on to the next server until I was banned by PB, AON, or an admin. I would continue this cycle because cheaters don't care about their reputation, playing on the same server more than once, or playing with a clan that seems to take pride in their server, members, and skill. Instead I am investing a fair amount of time and effort into getting this overturned so that you know that I don't cheat and the next time we play together we can both except the results for the what they are and go on enjoying one of the greatest games ever made.

Hey Mandin if your not hacking we apologize and appreciate your candor. The questionable kill that rattled my feathers was near the middle of the map when you jumped and looked over the fence, made the kill after you dropped down through the fence without anyone being visible and no uav. Also I wan't to give you the benifit of the doubt and always hate having to ban a skilled player that doesn't cheat. Cod4 is so full of hackers it's ridiculous and unfortunately the skilled players that don't cheat are the ones that suffer the most. You have gone very far to try to prove your innocence and I appreciate that. I would like to ask you if you could go a step further and make a good video of your monitor while your playing Backlot and show us what you see. You can post it on YouTube and post the link here. I know it's alot to ask for but in your case it would prove your innocence without a doubt.

I hope that this is what you were expecting or at least close enough that you can see that I am clean and hack free. I understand the concern with hackers in CoD they are and have always been plentiful and shameless. Please watch in 720p this will help you see what is going on on my screen, keyboard, and mouse. Also if you look in the comments there is a link to a picture that might help clear things up even further. Thank you for your time and enjoy the video.

Ban lifted

Thank you all very much, especially ~FS~Goodshot, for taking the time to investigate this. It's admirable the time you guys put in, many clans would not have gone this far. I know you requested that I submit a video of me playing an entire map but do to time constraints I don't think this will be possible. The capturing, editing, encoding, and uploading process simply takes too long and I don't have that kind of time right now. I would however be more than happy to submit a complete demo of me playing Backlot. While not quite the same it should be more than enough to put this matter to rest. Thank you once again for lifting the ban and taking the steps necessary to do so.

The links below are two demos that I took today on Backlot. The first one is a tactical server so its a little slow. The second one is on a server that is sped up about 50% so its too fast for my taste. Sorry I couldn't find a normal server but there aren't a whole lot of people playing CoD on Monday mornings. I don't play very well but thats how things go sometimes.

Hey guys I just wanted to commend ya'll on how hard you were discussing this getting all the members that were on Vent last night involved. This makes me feel even better putting my app in for Forgotten Soldiers. I was on the server when this happened and never knew exactly why the ban occured against him but you guys got it taken care of for him Laterz
